On the 14th of December, 2025, Nze Chidi Duru, OON, hosted members of the association, Nkpologwu Progressive Union, (NPU) Abuja Branch, to a fulfilled poolside end of the year party at the luxurious and four-star Amor Hotel, Abuja.
It was a great event to behold as the people of Nkpologwu Progressive Union (NPU), Abuja Branch, had a serve-yourself meals of all kinds, different drinks and wines to down the tasty meals and yummy meats of all types.
The event was also very colorful with the people of Nkpologwu Progressive Union (NPU) dressed to a tasteful fashion to match the glamorous and beautiful environ of Amor Hotel, Abuja.
Nze Chidi Duru, apart from hosting the people of Nkpologwu Progressive Union (NPU), Abuja Branch, to a colorful and fulfilled poolside end of the year party, also made six promises to the association:
- Donation of the sum of ₦2,500,000 to Nkpologwu Progressive Union (NPU), Abuja Branch, for the building of Plaza.
- Yearly donation of the sum of ₦1,000,000 to Nkpologwu Progressive Union (NPU), Abuja Branch, for ten (10) years.
- Award of scholarships to students from Nkpologwu Progressive Union (NPU), Abuja Branch, to assist the intelligent financially-underprivileged ones receive education.
- Amor Hotel, Abuja facility will now be used for Nkpologwu Progressive Union (NPU), Abuja Branch, meetings.
- Festive season gift-donation of twenty-five (25) pieces of 25 KG bags of rice to Nkpologwu Progressive Union (NPU), Abuja Branch.
- Donation of the sum of ₦500,000 to the Women Wing of Nkpologwu Progressive Union (NPU), Abuja Branch.
Nze Chidi Duru, OON, being a man of his words, without wasting any time, has fulfilled each of the six promises and undertakings made to the people of Nkpologwu Progressive Union (NPU), Abuja Branch. The big question is – “who wouldn’t be proud to have Nze Chidi Duru, OON, as a kinsman, friend or mentor?”
