The people of Ogwugwuala kindred in Ogwugwunezi village of Nkpologwu town in Anambra State, woke up on the 24th of December, 2025, to not only receive bags of rice brought to their very doorsteps of their various homes, but also received a very big cow from Nze Chidi Duru, OON, through his humanitarian foundation, Nze Chidi Duru Foundation (NCDF).
Ogwugwunezi village comprises seven kindred, and Ogwugwuala is one of the seven kindreds that make up Ogwugwunezi village. Nze Chidi Duru is from Ogwugwuala kindred in Ogwugwunezi village of Nkpologwu town in Anambra State. The people of Ogwugwuala for this reason received additional Christmas gift of a very big cow added to the gift of bags of rice brought to their various homes on Christmas eve.
The people of Ogwugwuala kindred in particular, and Nkpologwu in general can boldly say that while they have heard and watched on television the humanitarian Christmas gesture of the European Santa Claus, they have now also had the same experience in the humanitarian yuletide kind gesture of their own African Santa Claus in one of the sons of their land, Nze Chidi Duru, OON.
